Rahul Dravid's 182nd world record catch

Rahul Dravid created the world record for the most number of Test catches by a fielder when he took a catch from Tim McIntosh off Zaheer Khan to complete his 182 catches. He achieved this feat against New Zealand in Wellington on the fourth day of the third Test Match. He went pass the record of 181 Catches that record was held by Mark Waugh of Australia.

India won the series against Newzealand after 41 years. Pataudi was the captain when India won the Series against Newzealand 41 years ago.
