The Number 1 Seed Dinara Safina, the defending champion Venus Williams and her Sister Serena Williams and the Russian Elena Dementiva are enter into the Semi finals of Wimbledon 2009. All the four of them make their Semi final berth with out huge trouble. The results are
Dinara Safina defeated Sabine Lisicki 6-7, 6-4, 6-1.
Venus Williams defeated Radwanska 6-1, 6-2.
Serena Williams defeated Victoria Azarenka 6-2, 6-3.
Elena Dementiva defeated Schiavone 6-2, 6-2.
Venus Williams facing Dinara Safina in the first Semi final and Serena Williams facing Elena Dementiva in the Second Semi final of the Wimbledon ladies tennis 2009.
